These terms apply to the Pitch Lab apps and online service (“Pitch Lab”), made by Mind Zone. By using Pitch Lab you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Pitch Lab.

1. The game

Pitch Lab is a set of football mini-games with fictional teams and players. It can be played offline, with someone on the same phone or Wi-Fi, or online. Online features need an internet connection and may change or be unavailable from time to time.

2. Your player name and conduct

Choose a display name that is not offensive, hateful, sexual, misleading or someone else’s identity or trademark. When playing online you agree not to:

• cheat, use bots or modified apps, exploit bugs, or manipulate results or leaderboards (for example by arranging results with another player),
• interfere with the service, overload it or try to access other players’ accounts or our systems,
• harass other players or abuse the report system.

We may hide names, remove results, reset ratings, or suspend or ban accounts that break these rules. You can report and block players from the full-time screen.

3. Purchases

Optional purchases (such as removing ads or pitch themes) are cosmetic or comfort features and never give an advantage in matches. Purchases are processed by Apple or Google under their terms, including their refund policies. You can restore purchases on a new install from the Shop. Ratings, XP, badges and other in-game items have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

4. Advertising

Pitch Lab may show occasional ads from Google AdMob after finished matches, never during play and never in your first three weeks. Ad-free can be bought in the Shop.

5. Your data

How we handle data is described in the privacy policy. You can delete your data at any time in Settings.

6. Ownership

Pitch Lab, its design, artwork and code belong to Mind Zone. You may use the app for personal, non-commercial play. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer or redistribute it except where the law allows.

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Pitch Lab running and fair, but provide it “as is”, without guarantees that it will always be available or error-free. We may update the game, its rules, seasons and features, and may end online services with reasonable notice in the app. Offline play keeps working on your phone.

8. Liability

To the extent the law allows, Mind Zone is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for loss of in-game progress, ratings or items. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be limited by law.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We will change the date above and announce important changes in the app; continuing to play means you accept them.
